Chantelle from DJ Podcasts writes "It’s been 14 years since Maxis first gave us The Sims and its newest addition comes with a plethora of changes, both good and bad. The first controversy for the new series began with the announcement that the Sims 4 would be created with a new game engine. Since the failures of Sims City 5, there was good reason for Sims fans to feel a bit uneasy. Shortly before the release, EA also announced the numerous features that would be missing from the base game; some would even be permanently removed, such as open world gameplay and the Create-A-Style feature from Sims 3. Despite the controversy, Sims 4 has a lot to offer to those willing to give it a chance."
