FamilyGamingtv spoke to a Microsoft representative on Tuesday, this is what he had to say:
doe anyone know when the demo releases?
I believe the 16th
Can't wait to go check the map out in FH2 already decided on my first car and it's gonna be the Renault Clio Williams.
The lancia startos HF, will be my first car. Im going to give it, a classic gulf/martini livery too!and gold coloured compomotive wheels.
I love homologation production cars because they're essentially street legal race cars, my garage will include the Williams, Stratos, Renault 5 Turbo, RS200, 037, and the Lancia Integrale
yeah the 16th! cant freaking wait nice choice cfc78
Can't wait to offroad! I know its not a rally game but it can come close enough.
Dirt was crap. Awful car handling. codemasters need to get back their hardcore rally roots. They ruled rally games in the days of CMR.
Man yall boys ready I love that sh1t lol add me gt juju g15 I have no idea what my first car is going to be suggestions are welcome
Can someone please explain the following to me (not trying to bash or question the game in any way, just curious): How come I always see gameplay videos with a bunch of people driving in groups across the countryside with a range of different vehicle classes, yet they always seem to be able to stay in a pack instead of the fastest car driving off in the distance? Is there some mechanic at play that puts an artificial speed limiter on the faster cars in a pack of friends so that everyone can enjoy the scenery without constantly having to catch up to the leader of the pack?
They are advertising the social aspect. Forza Horizon has free roam and you can drive wherever you want at whatever speed you want.
Won't really be able to tell until we can play ourselves. My guess is, people aren't flooring it has they drive through the feilds... I would imagine handling changes a bit it those senarios.
Thanks, this makes sense.
My destiny to play this game most anticipated for the year for me.
Wow the new build looks great! Can't wait to get my hands on the demo. September 30th needs to arrive already!
