"PMC engagements allow them to take the game wherever they want" you mean like a russian airport massacre in MW2 or a Nuke in Saudi Arabia in MW1 I think they've gone wherever they have wanted to go no matter how politically incorrect.

I hope this games story turns out to be great, still deciding if I should buy or rent.
