If technology couldn't deliver Pam “Baywatch” Anderson game, why wait only to release V.I.P.?

It wasn't a very compelling show and Anderson lacked the former "flare" she had while scampering around the beach performing CPR in a swimsuit. i never really watched VIP , i've seen the reruns on tv tho when i was like 12-13 years old. Back then that was the closest thing a kid my age could get to porn aside from magazine from older brother/cousin.
