Leap Reveals and Releases Mount for VR HMDs for Accurate Hand-Tracking

VRFocus - Earlier in 2014 is was suggested that Oculus VR was developing an outward-facing camera for its Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD) that would be capable of tracking a user's hands as a means of input in VR videogames. It looks like motion tracking company Leap Motion might have beaten the company to the punch, however, with the reveal of a mount for the Oculus Rift and other HMDs that adapts its Leap motion sensor into a controller-free hand tracking device. The kit is available now.

The story is too old to be commented.

These two are almost perfect together. Future HMDs should come with Leap sensors built though.
