Price parity has always been an issue in the UK, and it's no different with the upcoming Mario Kart 8 DLC.
Like every other company in the world but Nintendo is singled out again this is getting tiresome
True. Although, even with the price disparity, since it was already such great value in America, it's still pretty cheap in other countries.
This problem isn't exclusive to Nintendo, just about EVERY company (non-gaming included) just changes the currency symbol for the UK and completely ignores exchange rates. It's been like this for as long as I can remember and I doubt it's going to change any time soon. With that in mind, £11 for all of the MK8 DLC is still insane value (I've already bought it \o/)
Yes, this is true, not only in gaming. I live in germany, we have Euros as currency. I lived in the US for over 1 year and they have dollars. What I can buy for 1€ here in Germany, I get in the US for $1, even though the value is not 100% the same. As of now, the exchangerate from Euro -> Dollar: 1€ -> $1.31
