Boomtown: City of Heroes Issue 12 Review

Boomtown:

"It took almost exactly six months for the NCsoft developers to bring the 12th content expansion to City of Heroes/Villains to the live servers. That's one of the longest development periods in the games' history, but it was worth the wait. City of Heroes Issue 12 (titled Midnight Hour) not only brings enough content to overwhelm even the most battle hardened hero, it also improves countless areas of the game (quality of life). It's not an exaggeration to declare that City of Heroes version 2.0 is here.

Where to begin then? Oh yes, I know. Let's travel to Rome." (City of Heroes, PC) 8/10
