Mario Kart 8 Hack Launches Luigi Into Space

Online gaming publication Kotaku recently had the opportunity to chat to Chadderz, who is a programmer, and his brother Bean about their successful act of opening up Mario Kart 8. The brothers have posted some hilarious videos including launching Luigi into outer space and how to get him to float in mid air. Here’s what they had to say about their Mario Kart 8 hacks. (Mario Kart 8, Tech, Wii U)

What I want to know is when did glitches become hacks?

Reminds me of the flying in Gravity rush, completely unrelated I know, but I miss that game.
It looks more like a glitch than an actual hack, although I have played a lot of Mk8 and haven't seen any glitches yet.

Nintendo spends months polishing and people still find glitches.
