The first info on the new Playstation 4 and Xbox One anti-slip grip covers from SquidGrip.
I got these red skins on amazon for like 4$ and they are working for me.
Is there a version without the stupid logo on it?
the logo looks so gay like a 3rd leg or something....lol
Why would the ps4 controller need this?!? They have enough gripp on the back , unless you play with sweaty hands?!? Dnt know about the xb1 controller
was just thinking same, the grips on ps4 are really good imo,the texture creates a great grip
Meh, I don't think the texture on the back of the DS4 is as good as the overall finish of the X1 controller, to be honest. I find the dry, matte texture of the X1 controllers to be much better than the texture of the DS4 when my hands get sweaty (which happens a lot and very quickly, lol).
Why would you need these for the Dualshock 4 when they already have that carbon fiber like grip in the controller ?
the real question is: why would you need these, period?
im guessing its for greasy people. cuz my controller aint slipprey
XB1 controllers definetly dont need this cause of the design.
I guess i'm one of those greasy people. I really do not like the PS4 controller at all, i can find numerous faults with it and i much prefer my PS3 controller. To me the PS3 controller feels more robust. PS4 feels cheap and components are too plastic in feel. There are a lot of elements and parts in the PS4 controller that i feel are not built to last and will break in due time, such as the touch screen and speaker. The speaker is not loud enough, sounds too tinny and mine has already gone wonky on a number of occasions, so much so that i can't recall if it still works. The battery life sucks in comparison to PS3. The usb charge cable is too short. I had to apply (the tiniest of smidgeons) WD40 to my triggers to stop them from making an annoying clicking sound. The joystick tips are made of a crappy cheap rubber that is prone to tearing/shredding. After prolonged use the PS4 controller hurts my hands and they start to ache, this doesn't occur with my PS3 controller. The tips/ends of the sticks are by far too slippy/greasy. You know there is a problem when you have not even had/used the god damned thing for six months and you are already looking for alternatives/solutions to alleviate the PS4 controllers shortcomings, such as trigger grips, hard shell casing and longer cables. I know and fully appreciate that i am in the minority but i detest the bloody thing in comparison to my PS3 controller.
