Spoiler free review of The Last of Us Remastered for Playstation 4.
Finally got my copy in the mail yesterday from the PS3 version trade. I'm actually impressed with this game all over again. In the beginning, can't help but just explore the house and gawk at all the details. The ceiling fan actually is spinning, all the stuff in the bathroom... Too cool!
I'm going through my 2nd playthrough (1st on PS4), and I forgot that the game is pretty long. Enjoying myself immensely.
GOTY, two years in a row.
As a PS4 convert from Xbox, I'm experiencing TLOU for the first time. I'm ~10 hours in, and I can't get over how well they did the story, characters, and presentation. It legitimately raises the bar for the entire industry.
After playing the Uncharted series I didn't think they could match it, but TLoU went above and beyond my expectations of them. It is just brilliant.
Game of the YearS
I'm all for 10/10 but 11/10 for story is ridiculous, should be consistent with the other scores. Unless that 11 came from the DLC.
Another perfect score.
After switching from the 360 to the ps4, I absolutely loved TLOU and am very happy I decided to buy it.
