people have their different opinion on the game pad but for me personally without the gamepad i literally wouldn't of had half the game time that i have now, i have a baby on the way and a mrs that watches alot of tv so for me the gamepad is just something i literally cudnt game without. i check the internet, theres one online game i play, i use the wii u for all my gaming news and this commet right now is from the gamepad. simple fact for me personally gamepad is the only reason i can game as much as i do and thats why i love it, i like gaming been doin it for the better part of 24 years and anything that can keep me gaming while others can do what they want ie watch tv or play another console on the t.v can only be a good thing.

NINTY JUST NEEDS TO GIVE ME A GAME THAT UTILIZES TWO GAMEPADS ON A NICE RIG WERE I CAN CONTROL SOME GUNDAM TYPE MACHINE VIA TOUCH SCREEN ONLY. CAPCOMS STEEL BATALION SOLD FOR $200 DOLLARS WHEN IT CAME OUT WAY BACK WHEN. NINTY CAN EASILY DO SOMETHING SIMILAR. JUST MY OPINION CUZ SURE NOT HAVING STATS OR SPEEDOMETERS ON SCREEN IS COOL, AND MAPS ON SECOND SCREEN TOO. BUT LET ME GO ON A RIG MOUNTING TWO GAMEPADS INTEGRATING TOUCH SCREEN ONLY AND VOICE RECOGNITION THROUGH GAMEPADS MIC AND IM SET. STEEL BATALLION IS ALL I GOT TO SAY

Well thats never going to happen so not to worry. Nintendo is bouncing completely over this topic and moving on to other fan suggestions.

They know the gamepad is important to the whole experience.
Its like taking the bottom screen away from the ds. Stupid.
