The fact of the matter is these allegations of sexism are a cheap effort to increase the relevance of feminist theory. But we're too smart for that.
It's just the usual online immaturity. It's not sexism to leave it out but the bad excuse they gave was dumb. Ubisoft should have just said they didn't think to add female assassins rather than make it about resource constraints.
