The Rift Arcade - It's time to get trucking, because finally, Euro Truck Simulator 2 has been updated for the DK2.
There's a reason why we're excited about this release, because while Euro Truck Simulator 2 worked just fine on the DK1, the headsets low-resolution screen made it impossible to read in-game text, see the satellite navigation or predict up-coming turns in the road. Now, the team at SCS Software has managed to implement support for the Oculus Rift DK2.
Okay, so it's not perfect just yet, it only works in desktop-extended mode, and it's only once you're sat in the drivers seat that head-tracking kicks in, but once it does it's worth all the hassle, because Euro Truck Simulator 2 is finally legitible in VR. It's now easy to see the speedometer, read the sat-nav or spot an on-coming car in the wing mirror; and because of the positional-tracking feature of the DK2, it's now possible to lean forward to look out of the window, peer over the steering wheel at the road ahead.

Morels: Homestead, a relaxing game in which you can create your own unique homestead, is available now for PC VR.
Electronic Arts has confirmed that while F1 23 will support PC VR it will not support PSVR 2 on PlayStation 5.
That's fine. GT7 would overshadow it anyway at it has open wheel and regular cars.
Should have been spending their time updating Squadrons with better resolution, frame rate, haptics, etc as there isn't a game like that on PS VR 2 yet.
But it's EA. They don't think.
A wasted opportunity, but I don't buy EA / Codemasters stuff anyway. Grid Legends just came out on Plus and I haven't touched it. Why would I when I have GT7 and PSVR2?
