New Fable 2 Screens have been released
Hey look, another deep rpg for the xbox 360. Microsoft thinking outside the box and must have Sony locked inside of it still.
hey look another fanboy. What does sony have to do with this? On topic, the game looks good, i especially like the walls in #4 very detailed.
It does not look like a 2008 type game. Most of us are too afraid to admit that these xbox exclusive games like Ninja Gaiden 2, Splinter cell, Banjo, Left for dead, Fable 2, and Too Human look subpar when compared to last years AAA games like Bioshock and Uncharted. The only game I will admit that looks really good is Gears 2.
Wow, no hating, but there must be a compression issue. I am sure the game doesn't look like that. It looked much smoother in other screens.
Yep just keep disagreeing with me because i was right about ninja gaiden 2. I was saying Ninja Gaiden 2 looked average at best months ago and when finally the reviews came out I was right.
don't really look next gen... It's still early, but I'm really underwhelmed.
Aren't you that jerk that was claiming not to be a fanboy the other day? Didn't take you long to get to one bubble.
What!!!! Nice blood effects. Love the art.
I am really looking forward to this game its looking good.
quite jaggy but very good graphics. Theres too many RPGS on 360 , man its like a flood lol. Sure feels good to own a 360.
The 360 has really maxed out...
....dont make me poke you with a jaggy. :)
This game graphically looks somewhat disappointing but if it plays to the original we shall have a cool title here.
Fable 2 is going to be pure fun like the first one! The website really butchered those screens. I will try to find them elsewhere.
going on adventures and such. but please don't tell me this is the best the GPU can do.i'm still looking for games on 360 that prove this GPU power.but so far, only one came out.and it was 2 years ago.by a third party and not first party from microsoft.this looks like an XBOX game in HD. just like halo3 did. let's see if it hits AAA like mart used to say. apocalypse................
something obviously went wrong in the making.
the graphics arguement is overplayed. If you could own and play games on multiple systems you would see this! cannot wait for fable 2!
...some of you idiots need to familiarize yourselves with the concept of artistic style. As for any jaggies...they're SCREENSHOTS. You don't see jaggies in the footage shown thus far, which of course has all been pre-beta WIP footage.
Looks okay graphically, although the gameplay itself sounds interesting.
NO ONE can deny that when it comes to first party graphics, Sony got this thing ON LOCK...NO DOUBT
This is a thread about Fable 2 screenshots. There is no need to bring sony into it and start a fight.
I hate to say this because this is the Xbox game I'm really looking forward to, but it doesn't look much better than the first one. Seriously maybe I'm nostalgic and thinking the first looked better than it did, but this doesn't look very impressive at all. Nevermind, before you bash me, it does look good enough, and this game isn't about the graphics anyway. This is still my Most wanted for Xbox. I like Action RPG's as apposed to turn based. The dog sounds wicked cool too. If he dies, I'll probably cry. Swordplay, magic, archery, quests, and a dog I'll name Loki. Bring it on.
Really no need to bring a Sony/Microsoft argument into this thread... As for the graphics, I'm pleased. I'm betting that those screenshots aren't doing the graphics much justice, besides the fact the game isn't complete... Overall, I loved The Lost Chapters for the Xbox. The gameplay in the original was great. I'm interested to see how the one-button scheme will pan out.
Looks great i really like peter's enthusiasm he wants it to be speacial and make an impact on the RPG genre. I think Fable deserves more appeal as it is a great game and most people don't see it as a great piece of work this will be one of the Xbox 360's best game of 2008.
