The Last of Us: Remastered review -

Maybe, after all those 10's it is time for a more honest review. The game is great, that is for sure, but it's not a 10 in our book. With AI like that, some irritating issue's with the followers you have and the fact that some graphical issue's are still there (no reflection of Joel in windows, mirror's and more stuff) this game is great, but it's nowhere near a 10.

''Maybe, after all those 10's it is time for a more honest review''

That sentence made me not read this review, so you're implying that your review is the most honest one, and all the other ones are just unrelevant?

Angels37851393d ago

I agree, but surely you mean "irrelevant" correct?

Neixus1393d ago

Yeah i do, my english is not my mother tongue, so mistakes are going to be made.

Ha ha ha my thoughts exactly, you beat me to it. That first sentence just highlights the ego of this writer, thinking his view is the correct and true one. Lol, go jump out of a window dude.

Agreed. If you have a differing opinion, that's okay, but you shouldn't talk like your opinion is the only one that matters.

This game is going to be a a treat for people playing it on PS4 and for the first time.

haven't played the remaster yet but unless they made the game massively worse (doubt it) it deserves a 10/10.

In an out of 10 scoring system, a game doesnt have to be perfect to deserve a 10. No game is perfect. Nothing is perfect. The only reason we have a word for perfect is to describe something so good it can never be.

Saying it doesnt deserve 10 because of minor flaws is silly. I dont remember but did Link reflect off the lake in Ocarina of Time? Did he drip water when he got out. Would this be reason to mark that awesome game down or should you just get over yourself?

Im not complaining about the score, you still gave a great score, just the whiny, defiant tone you chose to start the review off on stopped me from reading it. I hate reviewers that act like they have something to prove like theyre the only ones being honest and seeing through the hype when everyone already found out a year ago the hype was justified.
