YES. This is what makes Mass Effect Mass Effect.

Good, the people who complained about the Mako are the same people who think Mass Effect 2 is some shining gold standard (which is false).

Do you ever have anything positive to say?

Mass Effect 2 was more like a Third Person Shooter spin-off than a sequel to Mass Effect.

It's just differing opinions, there's a reason ME2 was more successful and critically acclaimed than the first game.

Because it was released across all platforms at same time and had EA marketing money behind it. ME didn't have that luxury as EA didn't publish for them at the time.

ME didn't need changing that much all it needed was the better combat mechanics from ME2, Removing the RPG was a step backwards. I loved all 3 games though for the story more than anything.

Fan favorite? It was dreadful to control and stuff, if they work out the kinks of driving it, it would be cool and stuff.

Come now, the Mako is to Mass Effect what the Warthog is to Halo.

dreadful to control? I had no problem driving it ever and I don't think I've seen people complain about it's controls just how every land based mission used it 90% of the time. It was one of the best things in the series and the vehicles they had in ME2 to replace it after fans complaining were awful.

They were both bad, just the vehicle in ME2 was worse.

Hm. Im intrigued. Planet exploration how it was in ME1 perhaps?
CaptainSellers  +   273d ago
If they make it not super crap to control, and not explore endless wastelands like on ME1, then I'm all for it!
m2stech  +   273d ago
Yesh! I like exploring planet surfaces.
