Will ex-dictator Manuel Noriega win his lawsuit against Activision for his depiction in Black Ops 2?

GameZone: "Activision is being sued by former Panama dictator Manuel Noriega for their depiction of him in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. But does the lawsuit hold any water?" (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, PC, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360)

Noriega. Lindsey Lohan. Do any of these scumbags think they'll win these frivolous lawsuits?
