I think within the SF community it's SFIII Third Strike. It could flip flop between that and USF4 depending who in the community you speak to
SF, MK, MvC, KoF, DoA, Soul Calibur, Guilty Gear, Smash Bros.. I can go on and on.. All of those are fantastic games. Some of which need modern gen sequels.
