These commandments apply not only to kids, but to online gamers in general.
2 - Headphones are good. Push to talk isn't good in games where your mates rely on your quick info to save their lives. Just quickly mute or pull the plug if parents are acting up.
People so rarely talked in BF3/4 360/PS4 and so rarely helped you that even young gamers are ok as long as they help the squad. I still remember when a little kid with a mic helped my fail team win a game of CQ, all it takes is a little cooperation. Some people will make fun of you so find some way to deal with it or just mute them until you find nicer people.
3 - Why bother saying your age, just don't join clans that have a requirement. Just work with your team and you'll be appreciated.
5 - Much more often than bad music on mic I get idiots that have their TV sounds blasting back at me, and even worse they're not even talking. You're only human but try to be respectful, think about what you're doing to others sometimes.
10 – Thou Shalt Enjoy Yourself [but not at the expense of others, within reason]. Don't steal vehicles from teammates that are repairing, don't exploit, and other crap.
