I've played 15, and I wouldn't consider any of those underrated TBH. Some of them are pretty high rated.
I. Not seeing anything on that list underrated. I never played concrete genie, the ASTRO vr,and one other but I forgot the name already. Nothing on there was underrated at all imo.
There’s only 4 of those games I never played, and no most of those aren’t underrated.

Duke Nukem Forever originally began its life as a sidescroller instead of a shooter back in 1996, and that canceled version has just been leaked.

I've got high hopes for Driveclub. But I'm less sure about games such as The Last Guardian, Agent, and even FFXV. I'll wait patiently for them but will it be worth it?
Delaying a game doesn't instantly make it a good game or perfect by any measure, common sense as well plenty of anecdotal evidence supports this, so no argument there. However I would generally argue that delays do make it better, the question is better than what? I assume the reason many of these games are delayed is not because they have yet to reach intended perfection but instead because they currently fall below the threshold for being deemed even acceptable.
I'm sure there have been games where the delay actually made the game worse, such as publishers second guessing development decisions and demanding cuts and changes, but in general even when a game is delayed and ultimately is released to mediocre reviews, the previous version of the game before the delay was even less polished than the final product.
Who even thinks delays = better game?
