Why Bandai Namco should continually support Nintendo’s platforms with Tales franchise games

mii-gamer:

Bandai Namco should now know very well where they should start making games for, if they indeed cared about the Japanese fanbase, as it is clear that Sony's Vita will never catch up to 3DS and that Wii U will continue to increase its lead over PlayStation 4, which could be as large as 2 million units by middle of 2015 in Japan.

Bandai Namco is currently developing Tales of the World: Reve Unitia for Nintendo 3DS with a release date for Japan on October 23rd this year with no western release plans for now and hopefully this will be the start of a trend for Bandai Namco when comes to support of Nintendo's platform and its userbase. YES! I love Tales, and i only own Wii U and 3ds(and pc). I played and beat Symphonia for GC, Phantasia for GBA, Symphonia 2 for Wii, and Abyss for 3DS. I still want to play Vesperia and Hearts, I also NEEEEED a HD remake of Symphonia.

Making tales games for 3DS makes sense but making them for Wii U wouldn't make sense, making them for PS3 as they have been doing makes mores sense financially

While I wont say they should focus on making new Tales games for Wii U, I do believe they should test the waters with an HD port/remake or two. Wii U is definitely picking up speed so now is the time to hop aboard and see where things can go.

All RPGs games need to come to the Wii U. The gamepad makes the RPGs experience a lot better.
