Oculus: ‘We have one of the best communities in the industry.’

VRFocus - Oculus VR wants you to know that it is an open company. Not only do they make their development kits for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) headset very accessible to any developer with $350 USD to spare, but it hosts a range of VR experiences from indie developers on its own website, the Oculus Share platform. It's because of the company's current approach that vp of product Nate Mitchell thinks that the team is supported by 'one of the best communities' in the videogame industry today.

The story is too old to be commented.

I sure hope he didn't mean the Facebook community...

Maybe if you actually read articles you would know...

We should just wait for the final build of this product and the Morpheus by Sony.. If Morpheus is more cheaper than Oculus then, it's a big win for sony again in the VR department.

I know this site is a playstation fanboy haven but must you people pepper every Oculus article with your crap?!

To be honest the Rift is in a different league to Sony's very early offering in every way imaginable, the list is so long I can't be bothered to write it here, competition is good, when it comes along that is.
