So instead of properly optimizing Watch_Dogs to work on all cards in general. It becomes AMD's job to pick up after Ubisoft?
Look, I've played many Nvidia optimized games with my AMD card just fine(Borderlands, Metro 2033) but Watch_Dogs reeks of maliciously bad optimization.
Glad I pirated it first to see how bad the optimization was. Would not buy even with these new drivers. There is no excuse for how awful that launch optimization was. Even on Nvidia it's crap.

glad i did that too lol, i think they fuckedup for amd, they made a deal with nshidia so they could sell more cards and show how "better " drivers or hardware is, on my loptop with amd hardware high and low settings runs at same framerate even 800x600 doesnt help stutters and fps drops even more..

I agree with the negativity about poorly optimized games, it really sucks, but you're still hacking a game that was made by people so they could eat. Even if you hate the publisher you're only hurting the developers. Next time pirate then buy at least, or just read up on it.
