Weird swing set in playground sends cars flying halfway across the map!
this should keep me busy for a while lol
I have to do that!
wow i have a reason to play gta4
hahahah....i just said something like that. i was like "damn i havent played in a wile, now i have something to look forward to, and a reason to put it in my playstaion again (for a moment)"
ive been doing it for a little while now jumping out in the air is FUN
I saw a video of this a couple weekends ago at my sister-in-law's, and we spent quite a bit of time the next day doing it. Initially we were trying to use it to get the rolling car achievement, but after realizing it threw you out unless you were online, we just started fooling around there. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet! If you're curious where it's located, here it is: http://i280.photobucket.com...
I was trying to see it on the map on the vid but couldn't quite make it out. This looks fun. I'm at 90% on GTA IV, this will give me one more thing to do. Have a bubble :)
In single player, you can back into the swing set instead of going face forward...it wont fling you out the windshield if you do it that way.
landing a helicopter on the swings?
..Still doesn't interest me. Finished the game a while ago and I doubt I will ever touch it again. Currenly I am playing dragon quest 8 and somehow it's a lot more fun :P
One of the most charming and addictive RPG's I've EVER played. There are some excellent hardcore options for you if you pursue the Monster Arena and the extra Dragon ending.
Hurray for dragon quest 8! It's the reason I'm so exited for White Knight Chronicles :D
Halfway across the map, my ass. Those were no more than a few blocks.
saw this on youtube before
...its more fun finding the glitches than it is playing the game. I gave up on this clunker after 2 weeks.
I tried this without cars and it was hard :(
I can just hear it now, the future complaint for multiplayer OH MY GAWD STOP FLYING NOOB!!!111
GTAIV became boring way to quickly, I just can't seem to grasp what made it such a highly rated game when in reality it was really stripped down from previous installments, seriously who wants to watch tv in a video game. GTA Vice City has always been the best in the series for me and it doesn't look like that will change anytime soon. Interestingly enough I have actually had way more fun with Viking, the battles in the game are pretty epic with the scale and the sheer amount of enemies on the screen is pretty incredible, personally I think it may be one of the most underrated games so far for 2008.
...I got bored after about 8 hours of gameplay. Actually, was bored after about 3 but forced myself to play in the hope that things got better...they didn't. The visuals are not next gen and nor is the gameplay.
To all the people complaining about GTA IV's graphics are you retarded? Their awesome for the size of the game! Have you EVER seen Saints row? Talk about crappy graphics!! I agree that GTA IV seems a little stripped down but I really enjoy it anyways. It's the way of the world, either you hate it because it changed or you complain because it didn't evolve.
this is a funny glitch but it should have been a CHEAT
It is fascinating to Me that this element called taste can Vary so Much................ There are so many persons disappointed with this game . Perhaps it has to do with the insane amount of Hype .
The first hour on GTA4 I spent tweqaking the audio and video settings. The second hour I just drove around... meh The first 8 hours I ran menial tasks for my new buddies. Now I'm close to 50% finished at 50 hours and I'm blown away by the sheer quality and magnitude of the game.
i only had this happen once, but i jumped off the roof of a car and grabbed onto... the thin air? i could move left and right as though i were hanging off a ledge, but i was floating in the air about 5 feet above the sidewalk. i haven't been able to replicate for video, unfortunately. does anyone have more info or know a place it always happens?
