New James Bond game to blur perspective lines

Activision's upcoming 007 Quantum of Solace will combine both first-person and third-person graphics, according to a new UK preview.

According to the current issue, Quantum of Solace will primarily use the first-person perspective. But a third-person perspective is also heavily used, notably when the gadget-freak takes cover a la GTA IV and during action sequences like the quick-time events found in God of War.

With exception to the confirmed setting of both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, little else was revealed in the UK preview. 007 Quantum of Solace is being developed by Treyarch games using the Call of Duty 4 engine. The action game is scheduled for release on Xbox 360, Wii, PS3, and PC on November 7, including both single player and multiplayer modes. (James Bond : Quantum of Solace, PC, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360)
