Like Every Year the Steam Summer Sale has kicked off to lead us into the hottest months of the year in the company of a large bunch of cheap games, using your wallet's bitter tears as a convenient coolant.
are you ready for a miracle?
Yes, yes it has. :)
sale time.. http://www.puresophistry.co...
The Wallet, no!!!
Time to wait for the best Day Z/Stomping Land sale!
It has begun! http://youtu.be/tRxcSNaVCPA
WTf? DR3 is coming out on PC? Damnit I should have just waited!
Its locked at 30fps though, just a warning.
I'm sure there will be a way to mod it to unlock the fps. I believe Deadspace 3 was locked at 30 as well but a simple change in a setting in some .ini file fixed it.
@kydrice actually nevermind, the devs just posted an official statement saying you can actually hit 60 and that there isn't any digital glitches to go along with it http://steamcommunity.com/a...
I'm about $14 dollars in already. Just bought Far Cry 3 Deluxe and Blood Dragon. I'm in trouble.
I didn't think I'd buy more than 1 or 2 games this whole sale just because everything has surely already been on the weekly sales. Day 1 and I'm 2 games in, may get the 2 pre-purchases as well if the impulse strikes me later.
Why can't xbla or psn have these kinds of sales offerings? Great salse though.
They do but never on this scale. It's also worth noting you don't need a membership to take advantage of these great sales. What you will also notice is how newer games tend to be cheaper on the PC as well, not just the older games that usually make up the bulk of sales on the consoles.
That used to be true, i've noticed a growing trend that PC games are the same price as the consoles as of late.
Gotta look in the right places nikrel
Transistor just came out on both the PS4 and PC, it is currently 10% off on the PC. That's just one example.
i got watch dogs and many new games a launch for $30-40. we dont count steam for everything when we say this is other outlets to buy game at. do you just buy games at one store?
I've bought games on Amazon as well for cheap.
35bucks in! 3 of my games on wishlist! DMC, Batman: Blackgate & Payday 2.
I hope dark souls 2 goes cheap, at least %50 off.
Dead Rising 3 already?! :O
Its a trap !
Guess who got paid today? Now I'm broke again :)
hoping more people would support Divinity: Original Sin, old school CRPGs like this don't get made anymore. 20% off today, release date is 6/30
Does it play like the old fallout games? I was looking at it earlier and thought the game might be worth buying. Every user review said it was a great game some even said possible best game ever (which surprised me).
I just bought the digital deluxe so me and my wife can play - you get game, all DLC, both old games AND another copy of the new game for like $50. Game looks AMAZING. I also got Far Cry package and she got both Witchers (which I already had). Great sale so far!
Getting none so far, GOG this time around
Loving the sales... we have a LOT of next gen stuff coming later this year, it's a great time to clean out the backlog!
Well nothing interesting yet but I'll end up buying something because I am a cheap bastard.
Is Far Cry 3 good? From what I've heard, you either love it or hate it but if you love it, it's one of the best games last generation. I've got too many games as it is and won't be buying anything until Destiny in September but this one is tempting.
Far cry 3 is $10 for the deluxe and Blood Dragon is only $3.74. Just under $14 for what many say is an awesome game plus all the DLC is well worth it in my opinion. I was going to buy it about a week ago when Ubisoft had it on sale for $20. I'm glad I waited.
I wish skyrim legendary edition is on sale for 10 dollars
