Cloud Gaming: A potential game changer

With the PlayStation Now Beta currently available, OnLive's availability on the upcoming MOJO console from MadCatz, and the existence of NVIDIA's GRID technology, it's evident that cloud gaming is coming soon. Such advanced technology can potentially change the way we play games, as well as disrupt certain markets within the industry. Specifically, the retail and hardware markets could suffer greatly if a mass amount of gamers adopt the service.

sucks with PS Now you have to rent the games on the PS4 even if you own them digitally on the PS3

Google Fiber is starting to launch in a few cities. It's going to be FAST and CHEAP. Cheaper than your current ISP like 150mbps for $60. They just need to redo all the current fiberoptics in order to make it work, but it won't be too long. When that happens. It's going to be a whole new world of online gaming.
