It's about time. Game has gotten to be almost unplayable. Would go from 50-60 fps to 7 if I was driving a fast car. It's a shame since the game is fun when it's smooth.

Really? That's crazy. I get a solid framerate while on foot in the city and I only get minor frame rate drops while driving fast. The game runs well for me in general on my gtx 770.

When are they going to patch the console versions? I'm playing it on PC and X1, and have had no problems on PC...but on X1, the game nearly grinds to a halt every time I complete a mission, and it's calculating XP earned, skills unlocked, etc.
