"Microsoft seem to have listened to fans this year. For that reason and that reason alone, they’ve managed to start off E3 with a bang. Is it enough to impress our staff, who were rightly skeptical ahead of launch? "
Hope to see all at e-thee next year
It was just...okay Nothing amazing, a little underwhelming. No big guns 6/10
I'd say it was surprising. In a good way. they showed games regardless of exclusivity. they showed something for everyone from core to casual, from big name to indie. They did many things right this time and they stayed to their word that this E3 was going to be about games. No sales, no media, no apps.....just games (and trailers for games).
It was Meh for me. Not bad, but not that great either.
It would be perfect if at the end they show gameplay of halo5 or gears but since they didn't I give to them 8.5 of 10
i noticed everything had DEDICATED SERVERS an not the power of the clould...i guess phil is getting away from the marketing words an calling it what it is....
It was ok. Didn't live up to the hype. 7/10 and that's being nice. Let's see if Sony or Nintendo can top it.
In no way lived up to the hype, but a good, solid conference. Would have been nice to see more game play and not as much CG, but I'm not sure how much of that was under their control.
7/10 Mostly multiplat games and they're still hiding their numbers.
Solid but not wow, 7/10 on games shown 10/10 for the game after game no chat bs presentation. Oh where the hell was quantum break epic fail, I am a Sony fan but gamer at heart and was looking fwd to quantum break footage
Completely over hyped
I thought Microsoft had a pretty good conference. They showed games which is always good. Some people might not be impressed about the games they showed but it fits Microsofts identity as a multiplayer competitive/Coop console. However, this might not be enough to "overtake" Sony. I expect Sony to show only one big megaton tonight. Which is enough to sustain the PS4 momentum it has right now. They most likely will spread out their unannounced project reveals. We still have TGS coming september and then VGA's.
Great pacing. Mediocre announcements. Good show. Nothing special. Very forgettable.
Can't complain. The press conference went without any blunders.
