How does this work? Do you get video game characters only or do you also get physical Action Figures as well?

When you buy the starter kit you get 3 action figures included which unlock digital characters in game. In order to unlock new digital characters to have to buy the compatible action figures that you put on the base that connects to your console.

Awesome, Infinity definitely has the edge over Skylanders.

It would be nice if they included all the characters in the game...

the only thing I hate about Infinity is the fact you can't use any character on any Level.. I think that was a bad choice

Was gonna pick this up recently lol I feel i'm abit too old for it though

Hoping Nintendo's NFC game is similar! I don't care how old I am I'd buy that in a heart beat

Never got into these games. Can you download characters? I don't have the space to keep figurines.
