I just saw this app on the What's New thing on Xbone... and was like dafuq is that?

You disagree that I saw it on Xbone and was curious about it?

@tedakin

Ja ja ja, that was the funniest disagree I've ever seen, seriously, seems like the ps4 fanboys have gone too far this time. I can't help laughing.

Next time, look over it, maybe they'll agree with that.

Suppose that's pretty cool for football fans? Its good to see the Xbox always changing and keeping up with what's happening in the world...I guess.

Great idea, would have liked something simlar on ps4, guess we do have BBC sport app I guess

Are they saying they have the rights to stream World Cup games live?

Or are they saying you can use the TV function to watch it and snap this app for stat updates and stuff?

I wouldn't want to snap the app, but I'd consider using it as an overlay on the TV. How do the current american sports apps work?

EDIT I see from the article that you need a provider to get the live games, so no streaming rights. Makes sense, it'd be a bit of a silly thing to buy when everyone can watch it already.

Looking forward to seeing this for the 3 games England will get to play in the World Cup. Good to see Microsoft working on ideas like this.
