There's plenty of leaked copies of this game running around the internet and one person decided to show the world that the Xbox 360 version of Murdered Soul Suspect suffers from frame rate drops throughout the entire game.
In the leaked video below you will see some early footage of the game where the player exploring an apartment building, and while he is walking around the game randomly jumps and skips while walking in stairwells and passing through checkpoints.

aren't these the torrented versions of the game? probably not the final build or the fact it's a bloody pirated version of a game, not exactly the most reliable source
If it's pirated it could be burnt to a low quality disc possibly.
It's a slow-paced adventure game (with the occasional stealth puzzle) so I don't think choppy framerate means very much.
Pretty bad, hopefully it will get fixed with a patch or something.
Could have been the web player, but the audio seemed to be glitching out as well during the worst stutters.
