In a Twitter conversation Watch Dogs Creative Director Jonathan Morin answered to a question that watch dogs game will have 5052 cameras installed to play with, you can see the conversation below
It seems that there are anti-piracy measures in place. Game worked fine for a while but eventually every time I tried to load up the game, it would crash before I got to the menu. Made another fake account and the game loads up fine now (and this could just be a massive coincidence) but the background of the home menu screen is showing CG watch dogs footage but they get all corrupted looking and turn into the shape of pirate skulls a lot. Could someone do me a favour and test something for me. I tried using shadowplay to record some watch dogs footage and when I tried to turn it on in watch dogs instead it uninstalled my graphics driver, could some else try this and see what happens. Have a look at this footage I recorded and you guys tell me what you think. https://www.youtube.com/wat...
If you stole it and it's screwing up on you then you deserve it.
That is incredibly cool and incredibly creepy at the same time. The face at the end of the video was the weirdest part.
maybe you should wait till the 27th like normal gamers do
Come on son ... you're gonna tell us that you couldnt just ask from the hellhole you stole the game from ? or some dedicated forum
This is why you pc gamers dont deserve a damn thing. Entitled pricks
Don't be a cock, we aren't all like that
You are right, they are the worst, everything is bad for them and always think they are the victim, you know, the pirates. PC = petitions and complaints.
Taking part in the retarded stereotype doesn't speak well of you or other console players either--same for PC players. There's idiots on whatever you play.
anti piracy lmao you pc gamers are the lowest of the low. why spend thousands on a pc if you can't afford to buy the games and support devs?
lol while I don't care and would pirate if it was completely single player, I have bought this game (for the multiplayer). While I agree that piracy is immoral, you're all hypocrites, if you've ever downloaded a song, movie, tv show, watched an unofficial upload of a song on youtube or borrowed a game from a friend whether the companies tolerate it or not, that's still piracy .
I never did any of that. I'm not a hypocrite.
I'm not , i'll admit i downloaded a few stuff before , be it games , movies , tv shows or music . But did i go around ask for piracy related tips on a game news site ? Nope
so what you're saying is, is that asking for "piracy related tips" is worse than piracy itself? Also wasn't asking for tips. merely making an observation and confirmation by someone else to check it out to validate what I said.
No i was just saying you could just ask elsewhere ... especially places you're sure they got the game the same way . On newsites you're just asking to be "hanged"
