Sony London Hires Crytek Developers to Expand Art Team

VRFocus - Sony Computer Entertainment’s (SCE) London Studio has expanded its art team to include former Crytek developers, it has been revealed. The appointments were made to help flesh out the team, which animated the developer’s The Deep tech demo for that Project Morpheus virtual reality (VR) headset on PlayStation 4. It’s not yet clear what the team are now working on with the headset, though it did announce a new Singstar title for PlayStation 4 today.

26 million seller franchise.May not be mine or your cup of tea but it sells well

Bennibop1300d ago

26million copies sold, so yes it does! Plus that does not include individually sold tracks, must be a massive money spinner for sony.

kaileb1299d ago

And some of those song's artist are from sony music group, all the money are going in there pocket with out paying license fee...

iamnsuperman1300d ago (Edited 1300d ago )

Urm I don't think the disc based version have sold well recently (Vol 3 did but I think the sales dropped off after that but it has sold 26 million copies as a franchise). Honestly I doubt there's much money (apart from licensing) that goes into a game like this. Also I think, despite low (but steady/reliable)sales, the songs packs do quite well
