Not according to THIS review score. IGN scored the 360 version .2 higher http://xbox360.ign.com/arti... . And, the PC version STILL has screen tearing; so much for the theory of PC's superior power over consoles.

Then just select Vertical Sync and the tearing goes away....

What does it matter if the PC version is better than the 360 version? It should be better depending on the PC. It doesn't even matter to 360 users since they've been done with this game for months.
