Amazon UK has listed PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of The Walking Dead: Game of the Year Edition weeks after next-gen versions of the game first appeared on the website of US retailer GameStop.
Really next gen version of Walking Dead, so excited anyone!
If its all new episodes, cool... But if its the same stuff we already played then that's just ridiculous cause I wouldn't pay and play it the second time around to be honest... and I doubt it will look any better than the current versions anyways...
It is season one + 400 days. Its been listed on my rental site for a while now.
Yeah it's been listed on GameFly for a while now, have it in my GameQ just waiting for a release date, played the first season, loved it. Never got to play 400 Days yet, or any of season 2, but it would be awesome if the PS4 Walking Dead Game was Season 1, 400 Days, AND Season 2. I would pick it up the instant they said go.
Honestly if they can let me download off ps store for free since I bought the season pass on ps3 I'll be happy. Could care less about graphical upgrades I would rather the game have no technical problems
I liked the 1st season for the most part, but it was so depressing I don't even want to play season 2. This GOTY edition would be good if you missed out the first time, but it is some bleak stuff.
I seen this on gamefly yesterday....ot i don't care about this i got it on the ps3
Is this game worth it? Ive always wanted to play it but idk, i love the show just dont know how the game really is.
The story is great, but the gameplay is pretty much point and click and linear, with major decision point branch paths here and there. Personally, I'm cheap and very value oriented when it comes to selecting games to buy. You can watch a non commentary playthrough of it on youtube for free and get just about the same experience as you would if you were to buy the game...Well thats what I did anyway, and I came away really loving the characters, and connecting well the characters. Overall I would say that the game was a wonderful experience, but definitely not something that I actually spend money on due to the somewhat linear point and click play style.
It is well worth it. The time it takes is well worth the money. Oh and if you play it again and make different choices you will see just how much the game can change. The other guy said to watch videos and get the same experience, I say that's rubbish. How can you connect deeply with a story you have no say in? You need to play it for yourself, make your own decisions and shape your own story.
Yeah PS4 Yeah!!!!!!!!!!
I've been wanting to play this game for a while... But I wasn't a fan of how it was priced. I'd buy the next gen version if it was all bundled at a discount.
