The Hero Trap : First Look | theworkinggamer

About a month ago, TheWorkingGamer decided that it was going to have a look at Kickstarter, and see whether there was anything that would catch its eye to help fund.

Step forward The Hero Trap. Developed by Smashworx, The Hero Trap is a roguelike dungeon crawler, with a not to similar approach to Gauntlet. You start off with one beautifully cartoon styled character, who has one ability, after killing a few waves of creatures, and collecting the subsequent coins, you have the chance of recruiting up to a further 2 extra characters. These characters are themselves the souls of once mighty warriors, and have their own individual unique attack. (Kickstarter, PC, PS Vita, PS4, The Hero Trap)
