Ah... I still think they should have a full on presentation... Especially since it looks like they will be showing off some 'hardcore' games. Plus, they are showing the Legend of Zelda. Weren't grown men crying when they announced twilight princess for the GameCube?

Nope sorry they don't need that at all....

Presentation > Directly talking to the gamers/ with demos the press can play in the treehouse event.

Who are you to say they don't need a presentation? Last year they opted out from having an E3 showing and look what happened their console failed to meet the company's expectations. Now they want to repeat the same mistakes again!

As for this years E3 its all about the games and I think Nintendo has that covered hopefully they surprise us all ;)

"Last year they opted out from having an E3 showing and look what happened their console failed to meet the company's expectations."

You think just because they didn't have a E3 means that the WiiU didn't sell well.. LMAO Please break your keyboard.... If thats the case why does GTA and Starcraft sale so well????? ROCKSTAR and Blizzard NEVER HAS BEEN AT E3. Plus as a gamer dont you get to see Nintendo's games anyways??? You have this thing called the internet right? lol

Trust me and think for yourself and use common sense. e3 to you (us) nothing more than what editors and websites report to you from an event, right? Well instead of the event you are getting it RIGHT FROM NINTENDO. MOSTLY ALL NINTENDO FANS LOVE THIS AND WANT MORE OF IT....

So I guess you need Entertainers, Athletes, and a stage to tell you to buy a game or system to actually buy that game or system... we got a free thinker over here...

Get you Game Up...

Mario Kart 8 will be a great start, especially being bundled with the system.

I hope Nintendo markets Bayonetta 2 well. With the right campaign, it could sell over 1 million copies, especially if Japan jumps on it. X (or whatever they'll end up calling it) has potential, as well.

Super Smash Bros. will be a system seller. So will the inevitable Super Mario game they're working on. (PLEASE be Super Mario Galaxy 3!)

I think E3's big Nintendo title will be Zelda though, like everyone else is assuming. Pretty excited to see that. If Metroid Prime makes an appearance, that would be great, too. I think I'd rather see Retro work on a new IP though. They're one of the best developers out there.

As much as I am excited for Nintendo's E3 (and the rest of E3), I almost feel like the gaming media is building it up too much. Of course Nintendo has a lot riding on this particular E3, but it feels like one of those cases where; "lets build it up, so we can tear it down later." Its happened a lot over the past couple of Nintendo Directs, mysterious hype, then the nit-picking afterwards. There aren't too many articles going around hyping the Playstation 4 or Xbox 1 E3 shows outside of a few games hopefully being shown. I just hope well all keep reasonable expectations this year.
