Spider-Man makes his next gen debut with largely the same kind of gameplay and combat we have seen from other Beenox Spider-Man games. Our Spidey senses tell us this Spider-Man is shooting blanks.
classy title there... Reviewer says hes upset its single player only. Not sure what you expect from Spiderman....
The game is pretty bad considering the last one before was decent and actually gave some hope to the series. That honestly a complaint? Read your.comment first and didnt bother clicking, like as you said wtf was he expecting if he wanted online
Spider-Men? Seriously I don't get why bring that up in a solo-player game.
Because thats the way reviews go these days. Lets look at what isnt there instead of what is.
The title made me lol
Somebody seriously needs to get on making a very good Spider-Man game. IF its done right, it can be epic. Im looking at you Rocksteady -__-
Priceless review very funny love the title lol.
I wonder how beenox feels,I mean surely they know their game must rly suck.don't know if they r just lazy to make an amazing game or what. Marvel don't seem to care abt their video games as much as DC
Gawd. So. Many. Phoned. In. Movie. Games. Why. Whyy. Whyyyyy.
The movie was HORRIBLE, I can't imagine the game to be any better.
you do realize the game is not tied into the movie at all right? It just has the same name, but the stories are not even close to being the same.
And they still managed the screw up the game? Nice.
@Ares84HU Just saw it this weekend and you're so full of shit the movie was fantastic. I'm a comic nerd going on 3 decades and Spider-Man fan for most of that time and the movie was amazing. You sound like one of those whiny kids who want their movies to be a one for one reinactment of actual comics...guess what fans already experienced those series. Why the hell do you think Marvel has the what-if line of comics to allow for writers to explore their own takes on a character or story arc. Just by leaving that comment you sound like a sheep...but I know I'll catch a comment ban because I called it like I see it. Just sick and tired of you cats who act like the comic based movies are bad when they are some of the greatest films for the past 20 years or so.
Okay calm down guy.
people are allowed not to like the movie, just like you're allowed to enjoy it.
Listen guy, I'm not a comic nerd. I don't like cominc books at all. I liked the first Amazing Spiderman movie so I went to see this one. If you liked it, good on you but I hated it because it was a mess. The story was all over the place, they were trying to put too much into the movie in my opinion. Too much "Ohh I love you, and I love you too" scenes for me. It was just a huge mess. I wasn't expecting anything at all other than a good movie. So you see you are terribly wrong about me and the way you come off all confident like you have me figured out is making me laugh.
@Ares84HU How was it a mess everything flowed perfectly together. This was not a repeat of Spider-Man 3 which tried to force feed too many villains into one film. The two bad guys worked very well for each other and pushed forward the narrative. You talk love interest as an issue when it was simply character development with the intent of realizing why having a love interest while being a super hero can cause some of the worst emotional scarring while potentially creating the highest levels of happiness one can experience. I'm not wrong here it's clear that you don't grasp the actual concepts at play in the film. You say things like the story is a mess but don't support the claim. You say the love scenes are too much but fail to miss the connection that this interaction created between the two characters and how the impact of the loss of that love can be on ones soul. So yeah I didn't miss read you I was spot on...
@Bundi Okay bro...I'll do as I please. I'm an actual fan of the comic IP and it gets old seeing ignorant comments like this by people who know nothing about nothing and act like they for some reason are entitled to an opinion. An opinion based off ignorance should be excluded from any conversation. If you can't elaborate on why you have a specific point of view on a subject then you shouldn't say anything...it just makes the person look ignorant.
Why am I not entitled to my opinion? I have just as much right to say what I think as you do. Just because I haven't been reading comics for the past 30 years it doesn't mean I can't voice my opinion on a movie. Grow up please!
Nerd rage mode.. activate.
@Ares84HU Opinions are meant to be supported with actual points not vague blanket statements like it was a mess, too much love scenes... It's comments the take an opinion and make them irrelevant. If you want to put forth an opinion support it with actual relevant points. Just saying...
@HiddenMission, I'm sorry, I'm not going to write a 20 pharagraph thesis on why I didn't like the movie. It's my opinion that it was horrible and won't go into detail why for every stranger on the internet. I'm detecting serious dictatorship syndrome from you. You need to seek serious pshyciayric help. I'm being very serious. Something is very wrong with you. Take this as a wake up call. You have to accept the fact that not everyone is like you and others will have different opinions. Seriously, just go to a doctor please!
I'm willing to bet there's little to nothing next gen about this game, seems to me like a ps3/xbox 360 port of an average game at best, they always manage to release these movie tie in games without delay, no wonder there usually crap.
I played part one and part two is better in a lot of ways. Post completion content is stronger More fan service in the title in the form of costumes and collectables Cool interactive fights that aren't just quick time events If you expect it to look like inFamous Second Son you're fooling yourself but does that make it any less fun...not in the least.
Damn this blows I was hoping it would be good :/
