The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Review: “Amazing” is Definitely Too Strong a Word: Hardcore Droid

Hardcore Droid - It’s hard not to admire the ambition of a game like The Amazing Spider-Man 2. You think the game is terrible, try watching the movie, it's worse than Spiderman 3, by far.

I think it was a set up movie.

Electro wasn't fully fleshed out. Everything seemed rushed. They shouldn't have even mentioned Rhino in the marketing

The movie was pretty bad, Rhino defo shouldn't of been used in trailers

That's me done with SpiderMan movies/games

It was a setup movie for #3. I enjoyed it though.

Well, the second movie (in the Amazing series) was written by different guys. Hence the complete change in direction. I personally preferred the first one, which was more sensible by far. As for games... eh, all I can say, is I hope Rocksteady is going to make a PROPER Spider-Man game after finishing Arkham Knight.

Sony needs to bring back Sam Raimi. The Amazing Spiderman 2 is a snore fest. Rhino using Mech armor was an overkill for me.
