PCGMedia talks to Kraken Games about the political stereotypes exploited in 2D tactical shooter Warside.
Warside, the new 2.5D platformer shooter, developed by Kraken Games, advertised as a MMO Action-RPG. This game sets up a rather unique art style with cartoonish drawings with sharp edges. Starting with Free Access they aim to get a community behind them before releasing the full game, though the full game is already on offer to purchase alongside the free version
IncGamers interviews Warside developers Kraken Games about how the game functions, how they’re balancing the free-to-play aspects, what sort of non-competitive content there’ll be, and maybe a little about whether or not it’s tricky to be a Russian developer trying to release a game in the west.
"Recently I previewed Warside, the Russian Indie developed game that brings together attributes from both a classic platformer and an MMO shooter. Well they released a short video with their classes yesterday to entice you further. The video shows just a short bit of footage for each class, but it conveys enough to let you know which one you’d prefer." says calmdowntom
