Silent Hill: Origins and Shattered Memories No Longer Coming to PS Vita

Hardcore Gamer: Silent Hill fans and PS Vita owners were excited a few weeks ago when Konami announced that Silent Hill: Origins and Shattered Memories would be released for PS Vita via PSN. Wow, and they didn't realize it until today? Who the hell is running Konami?

HarryMasonHerpderp1604d ago (Edited 1604d ago )

The only thing keeping that company alive is Metal Gear. The company is run by idiots. Who's going to buy these games for the PSP on the store now? after all these years? for £7.99 each to boot. so dumb.

Problem is Metal Gear won't last forever, in my opinion I feel like with Ground Zeroes they are all ready loosing it abit.

Imagine what will happen in the future after MGSV, Metal Gear could end up being one of those franchise which become a shadow of it's former self like Silent Hill and Resident Evil then what will Konami have.

porkChop1604d ago

Yeah I'm done with Konami. They're becoming another Capcom to me. A company with some great franchises that is being run into the ground by stupid decisions.

JackOfAllBlades1603d ago

We need to start a petition to get these games brought to vita

randomass1711603d ago

Hear, hear. Konami was making bad choices throughout the past couple of years. And those stupid decisions are going to bite them right where it hurts if they don't watch their step with consumers.

When your priorities are shoveling Metal Gear everything to try to stay relevant, it's not that hard to just... not care. Good thing there are petitions to save the world:

Right? :(

Everyone at Konami just comes in to work drunk.

pwnsause_returns1604d ago

who did you expect from a company who gave us one of the Greatest E3 Performances of our time?

majiebeast1604d ago

Thats their legacy for me, that E3 will be the best conference ever.

ValKilmer1604d ago

They'll always have DDR.

CernaML1604d ago

And Popn Music
And Gitadora....

Which will all never see the light of day in America. D:

DDR on Vita: instead of stomping with your feet on the floor sensors, you use your 2 fingers to dance with it on your Vita screen. Now that might be an interesting concept.
