'Shadow of Mordor' brings the best of 'The Lord of The Rings' and 'The Hobbit' says Director

Whereas the previous Lord of the Rings videogames were based on the Peter Jackson films, Monolith is looking to take inspiration from the source material and put the literature to good use. While talking with Examiner, Michael de Plater, Direct of Design at Monolith, shared new information on what Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will use from The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings books for inspiration and story elements.

Considering the high specs this was said to need on PC, i'll wait and see with this game. There's no way i'm playing a terribly optimized version.

My $500 pc can run it.on medium to high settings according to game debate. If your pc can't run this I imagine this game isn't your kind of game.

There's a difference between running the game, and one that's optimized well. I can run the game easily, but i'm not paying for what i mentioned in the first post.

looks so good. Mix with assassins creed stealth and climbing and batman fighting style. Can't wait

I know it's getting the Assassin's Creed clone label, but I don't care, looks interesting to me.
