GamesBeat: Dark Souls II players are slightly more efficient than a robot burger chef and would kill all the dogs in the U.S. within 45 days. That’s a dangerous combination.
I should really play more Dark Souls 2. Stopped at the Bastille when ESO came out.
My mom died a lot in Dark Souls.
Only one PC player has beaten Dark Souls II? Really?
it just released on PC yesterday
Wonder how the PC stats will compare now that it's out on Steam.
I've ashamed to admit that I contributed a sad number of fall deaths to these numbers.
it'd be nice if "dying" wasn't what the gaming media clung to with this series, because it seems like its making the devs focus on that too. Demon's souls was just a very challenging, beautifully designed old school RPG. It wasn't about counting your deaths. I really hope this series doesn't get ran into the ground
The first monster I encountered killed me...
Did you engage the hippo without weapons or armor even though there were huge footprints which tells you, STAY AWAY!!! Or are you just terrible at these games?
It killed me too but I got it down to 1/4 health first
Takes me longer to walk to the boss fight than it does for the boss to kill me..
Some really cool stats there.
42 a second ahha wow thats crazy lol
Sigh. The souls series is so much more than just dieing. These fanatics that are obsessed with such a silly stat are going to hold this series back and ruin it. Instead of allowing the devs to actually evolve the gameplay they are going to be hamstrung with always trying to up the "death" count, even if it doesn't fit in with the current situation. The games difficulty is greatly overblown and is only championed by the fanatics that use the game as some useless life achievement. Hope they dont ruin the series.
LOL @ the title. I'm pretty sure the "players" aren't dying. Well, unless we're talking about some of those crazy Korean MMO gamers, who don't eat or sleep for days at a time...
