Bound by Flame pre-orders now open for PC; Minimum System Requirements unveiled

PC gamers looking forward to some RPG action with Spiders Studio’s Bound By Flame can now pre-order the title for the platform; furthermore, doing so via Steam prior to the game’s launch on 9 May will net them a 15% discount, which means that you pay only $33.99 instead of the full price of $39.99. (Bound by Flame, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Very reasonable specs. Nice to see an RPG coming out, seems like it has been forever.

Specs from 6 years ago. Very nice for anyone just looking for a game and no hassle for parts.

Does these specs generally mean that this game will not be "cutting edge" or a true current gen title? I know i sound ignorant, but im not very familiar with how pc gaming works as far as specs go.

I really want this game to be amazing and look/play great. But its seems it may not be top notch graphics wise.

Spiders Studio’s is a smaller team so don't expect Crysis or Witcher graphic. Sure the game will look nice and run well though.

Oh that makes sense. Hence the $50 price tag. Ill definitely buy it new and support the studio. I think they may have built a really decent game. With the lack of games out and this being the first RPG for PS4; they may have a serious rise in sales compared to their other games. I hope this bumps them up to the big leagues.

Thank you for your kind answer. I expected someone to reply in sacrastic and condescending tone.

At my computer so I can go a little more in depth now. It's a french studio of 20 employees and some freelancers. They use their own engine they have named the "Silk Engine." They specialize in the Action/RPG genre. I recommend trying Mars: War Logs.

A list of their games http://www.spiders-games.co...

And more about the studio http://www.spiders-games.co...

Thats great, thanks for the info/recommendation. I am desperate for a game to play, so I will happily take your advice.

Small studio of 20 employees makes me want it to be successful that much more. Coolest feature i saw so far; changeable sword pommels and cross guards. Simple touch, but being a sword crafter/lover makes it that much better.

have had this pre ordered for a while looking forward to it, its not getting looked at enough by the media even if its just a decent game i think this one could still be fun.

without actually playing it i have no ideal im just hoping it does good.
