Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Review-JPS

"From the myriad of MMOs that are currently out in the market, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is probably one of my favorites when it launched back in 2013 for PS3 and PC. Since its launch, the game has received many updates and content to motivate subscribers to get their money’s worth. Several months following its launch on the PC and PS3, Square Enix has finally been able to bring the game on the PS4 with a plethora of improvements compared to its PS3 counterpart."

-JPS (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, PS4) 9.0/10

FF14 is a lot of fun, wish i had more time playing it and some of it is confusing. i wasnt actually confused with the controller layout on ps4 the only problem i have and continue to do so is locking onto enemies.

whenever i click on an enemy fight it, i have to re target the enemy each time. not sure if something is wrong with my setting or controller.

i have played enough mmo games to know that targeting enemies especially in dungeons can lead to victory or defeat.

as of now its like im playing a turn based rpg in an mmmo setting which is hard to play and im leveling slowly.

Well you can always play this game with mouse and keyboard which might help with your targeting problem. I'm going to try playing the game with both however I do like playing it with a controller and using the keyboard for chatting.
