Most Disturbing Moments In Video Games

IR: "Video Games as a medium have matured a lot. With progress in technology and graphics, video games have been able to depict cut scenes/gameplay in a much more realistic way compared to the ones that were released in the early 2000s. This also means that the depiction of some video games moments have become so realistic that they are actually pretty close to causing a mental disturbance" (Grand Theft Auto V, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Outlast, PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

I've played at least half those games. I was actually more grossed out by the Stick of Truth.
