A PS4 tech demo which surfaced last year shows what could be new models for Beyond: Two Souls on the PS4.
Really hope this turns out to be true.
Last Of Us & Beyond Two Souls Bundle would've better.
That would cost too much. Not everybody wants both games.
Then you'd be paying over $120!
A 60 dollar bundle would be perfect not 60 for each game that a bunch of ppl already played .but.. please focus on new ips and sequels sony not remasters its cool for beyond 2 souls but still
if true lets hope it isn't 60 freaking dollars like the last of us.
I'm not sure how Beyond sold, but if it wasn't the best seller that TLOU was, it most likely won't be $60.
Part of the reason why I didn't buy either of these games on the ps3. Knowing the trend these days with certain games, I figured these two would get the re-release treatment. Might try them if I pick up a ps4.
I hope this doesn't become the norm for this generation.
It was rather normal last generation. This time around though, these are being announced barely a year after the original's release. It's getting a bit ridiculous.
difference is we got multiple titles in one package for a cheap price with actual significant upgrades unlike The Last Of Us & Tomb Raider FRAUD EDITIONS.
I can see it becoming a norm for titles that were released last year.
I mean I understand if its been a couple years and you wanna bring back a classic in HD I'm in. But games that came out last year barely, already getting remastered.
Because people knew the next-generation was coming so they skipped out on certain games.
I don't want this to be true, I don't want ports of games I've bought I want new PS4 games.
How about ports of games that people skipped out on because they figured it would come to the PS4?
Well the last of us was a given. It used ps4 assets and was released extremely late in the generation.
"The real killer app the PS4 need, Beyond two souls the game where choices don't matter and rape is around every corner!"
More rehashes great, just what the gamers want sony.
I absolutely loved this game. I've read so many reviews on it, but I don't understand why anyone would dislike it. Wonderful story. QD actually went outside their comfort zone with many of the mechanics, too. I loved every second!
Agreed. Excellent game with some amazing, mind blowing graphics (the snow, underwater, and those 'suits' at the end). Still as good looking as anything else on the ps4 as far as I am concerned.
I appreciate the idea of the story, but despise the execution of so much of it. Since so much of it is built on plot threads unrelated to the over-arching narrative, so many characters are just there. One-dimensional cut-outs that don't have to develop, and or sometimes even just outright stereotyped. One of the worst examples of non-linear storytelling I've seen in a game too.
I've been itching to play it myself. Think I should hold out for this remaster or should I just get the original?
Remakestation. Its a joke. Sense of humour?
Play-it-again-station? /s It's good for those of us who never played these games but I wish they'd hurry up and release some great new games that aren't buggy/laggy.
I can't spend another 60 on beyond. It was a great story but not worth the extra buy.
Hmmm. We will have to see.
As much as I like the idea of spoofing up games and brining them to the PS4, they aren't really worth the 60$ unless new content is added, imo. Instead how about some reboots of older games, from the PS1 era. I'd love a new Chrono Trigger or Chrono Cross, and maybe a Xenogears :D
No. New games, please.
Another game I havent had the honor of playing. With next gen, Tomb Raider like, sheen applied... between this and Last Of Us, I will be in pure gaming bliss. Great things on the horizon for us PS4 gamers. Cant wait!
Already looks like a PS4 game so this would be amazing. If this is true, I will sell my PS3 for a PS4. Beyond and The Last of Us are two top exclusive reasons I'm holding out :3
