Titanfall is Microsoft's card to win the exclusives war, but is it really worth all the hype it got? Check out this detailed review to know the pros and cons of Respawn Entertainment's Titanfall.
Probably sitting at 2.5M . Great game. 9/10 is well deserved. @TripleXultimate Totally agree with your statement.
Not to mention its pretty flawless connections and great use of the xbox one cloud! Respawn Entertainment pushed the boundaries of multiplayer games and created a masterpiece that truly deserves such a rating.
While it's good, it's not a masterpiece. It doesn't reinvent the wheel. It's fun. And xbox ones cloud? You are aware the PC and 360 version also use the azure cloud right? It's not an xbox one only feature. I have it on my PC and haven't played it much since launch. Got to gen 2 then put it down.
7/10 is a more appropriate score, 9/10 makes absolutely no sense. There are so many things wrong and improvements that need to be made in order for this game to come close to a 9/10 which it defiantly does not provide. It's fun for about a week but then the repetitive nature of the game gets very stale and with no gripping storyline or universe to explore in what could have been an amazing campaign, the game fails to immerse and deliver an experience to justify a 9/10 score.
What I personally look for in a game is having fun. All games have problems, but I can honestly say that I haven't had as much fun as I had with Titanfall for a long while. You are entitled to your own opinion though, and I respect it, since what you said makes sense. On a personal scale, though, it doesn't affect my views towards a multiplayer game.
