Wow didn't realize they had so many developers/company's under there umbrella/Working with them. Future seems bright for some amazing tittles to come into the light.

Nintendo has been quiet as of late. Makes me wonder what there planning with E3 being only a few months away. Plus Mario Kart 8 launches next month.

Nintendo are kings and an absolute reference in this field. Can't wait for the new Zelda Wii U.

The only problem is that half of those Make both handheld and Wii U games.

They did start hiring other people and I think it was to enlarge the teams for each so they wouldn't have to stay away from one platform for too long.

EX: They take 3 years for Wii U game, but at same time are making 3DS game that will release a year after the Wii U game.

Them having to make that 3DS game, takes time away from them developing Wii U games.

I think what they started to do was hire more people so they don't have to break up the teams or they can dedicated more to JUST Wii U games.

* I'm super excited about E3 though. GAMES are going to have to be the focus. I hope Sony, Nintendo & Microsoft understand this.

I am expecting Nintendo to have a big announcement at E3. Possibly a new IP.

They are helping with it, not making it.

They've traditionally focused on their handhelds, which may be why they're trying to maintain that monopoly.

In defense of Nintendo, they did leave WiiU wide open for third parties to jump in on some of its software market share. Not much effort was made.
